Students can start dancing at PDA from the age of 3 right up to adulthood.
There is a $15 BDS application fee for all new and returning students. Specific tuition fees are based on the level and or program in which the student is placed. Please visit each program for details.
Yes, all classes at PDA carry specific uniform that parents must purchase. Please call us to find our more about uniform rates and to schedule a mandatory uniform fitting.
A discount is applied when you take more than one class. Additionally, some school year discounts are available if certain eligibility requirements are met during registration.
This depends on the program and level. Please see each program for specific requirements.
Students in the MABE and KESHI classes do not have a prescribed quota of classes unless they are recommended for the KESHI intermediate advance track. Students in the AKOYA program are required to take a minimum of 2 Ballet classes per week.
Students are only entered for ABT Examinations yearly in the AKOYA Program and the Intermediate Advance track in the KESHI program.
Students receive assessment summaries in Term 1 and full assessment reports in Term 2. Parents receive this feedback along with performance indicators to help them know how their child is doing at PDA.
Students’ progress to another level when they are approved by the teacher and have received over 65% at the end of Term 2. Students do not automatically progress to another level because of their age.
Yes, PDA is always hosting numerous shows year round, are always invited to dance at special events and are active NIFCA participants
